Sweet Dreams 16

Nature views galore from this 2nd floor studio at Sweet Dreams! One of the best locations in this 60 unit development overlooking the pools and lush garden landscaping, with the beautiful hills of Guanacaste as a backdrop. Really nice!

The unit is tastefully appointed with furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen. Window treatments allow for privacy and lighting control. And there's plenty of cabinet storage throughout. A futon expands occupant capacity to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Turnkey ready to live in or rent for income.

The three bars of buildings make a narrow U-shape around three swimming pools that anchor the center of the gardens with ample off-street parking at the open end. There's a common laundry room with ample washers and dryers for you or your tenants to use in the rancho at one end. The covered rancho has a table and seating, refrigerator, and microwave. Start grillin' and chillin' poolside with your fave kabobs, burgers, chicken, steaks - whatever!

The Sweet Dreams apartment project has a total of 68 units and is located in Ocotal about half-way between El Coco centro and Ocotal beach. It's an easy bike ride of golf cart ride in either direction to the beaches and all of the amenities El Coco has to offer - restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, laboratories, legal services, gyms, property management and more.

HOA's are $125/month and include water. Only 30 minutes from baggage claim to the beach at Guanacaste International Airport (LIR)!
